Title Description: With the release of this CDR, Beequeen unshelves some beauty from their archives. This is the earliest work by Beequeen that was ever released. Scala Destillans was a split LP (with the disappointment of having Technological Acquiver on the b-side) released by De Fabriek and Korm Plastics in 1989. It includes the classic track and live favourite 'The Whisper' and the trance inducing 'Iraq' (with Kohmeini's death message from radio Iran - hurray!). From the same period a couple of bonus tracks are included, the first being Tractus Locomotorius (from the split 7"/12" 'Der Aussiedler', with The Legendary Pink Dots), which was music for a fashion show. Tractus got rave reviews saying it's the 'Revolution Number 9' from the nineties! The second bonus track, 'Shedur', which was released on a cassette (free with 'Der Aussiedler - five years after', 30 copies only!) is a much more tribal affair with enigmatic ancient singing. The CDR closes with a mystery track. Although the cover says 'mastered December 1999', it was really June 2001 - delays happen.
