Title Description: Irritant records approaches TVF to release the compilation properly and so the tracks are re-recorded or ditched, a process that continues to this day, Feb, 2003. The album is called '23:64pm' [TVFi 001]. Of '23:64pm', Damian says: ''Self Imposed Exile Sessions' was originally a two-part mix of carthage material with Pho tracks as well. This format worked and so has basically been retained for '23:64pm', with vocal contributions from Eugene of Oxbow, Pho material, his reworking of stuff on the Deathbomb Arc label in the US, and the rest of it. So it isn't strictly 'carthage'. It's an entity. The rules are fucked anyway now, so who gives a shit? As long as it's 'fucked' against the knowledge of the corporates and media pigeonholers, excellent.'"
