Hailing from Rennes, a University town in NW France,ÊFrank Tavakoli and Gilles Gaultier make an electronic mess of distorted breaks and fuzzy, compressed, intangible MCing. Their first releases "Help Me Keep Up the Destruction" and "Chicken Boogie" helped define what many now know as breakcore and now, 5 years later, Rotator is back again, now reduced to a one-man operation under Frank Tavakoli's disturbed guidance. The sound has gotten faster and more compressed, but also more dubby, a good omen for the forthcoming debut full-length due later this year on Mirex
