HORKESKART is an unparalleled punk band that has 45 singers. The repertoire ranges from some "revolution" & "reconstruction" songs of the 40s and 50s Yugoslavia, mostly erased from the national radio archive, to scored poetry, chansons, punk songs and covers (Kraftwerk-"Antenna", Brassens-"Brave Margot"). So far they have gigged in a variety of places: orphanages, streets, refugee camps, rural elementary schools, but also in the Museum of Contemporary Arts in Belgrade and on the "Ring-Ring" festival of modern music. This album mainly consists of songs recorded at Akademie Schloss Solitude in Stuttgart during the German Tour in 2005.
